TunnlTo is a VPN client for Windows, using the WireGuard protocol to provide secure network connections. The Service includes:

• Account creation for managing VPN connections.
• The ability to upload encrypted VPN configurations to a database for easy access.
• Subscription services for continued and advanced usage of the app.

3. Accounts and Subscription

Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Subscription: A subscription is required to fully utilize the Service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with it. Subscription fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms or engage in activities that may harm the Service or other users.

4. User Data and VPN Configuration

Users can upload their encrypted VPN configurations to our database via the app. These configurations are securely stored and only accessible through the app by the user. However, TunnlTo does not assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access to these configurations.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

Ownership: All content on the website and in the app, including logos, trademarks, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of TunnlTo, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use of any of this content is prohibited.

User Feedback: If you submit any feedback, ideas, or suggestions ("Feedback") to TunnlTo, we may use such Feedback for any purpose, including future enhancements to the Service, without any obligation to provide compensation or credit to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and other proprietary materials displayed on the website and in the app are the exclusive property of TunnlTo. No license or right to use any of these materials is granted to you without our express written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may use third-party services such as Stripe (for payment processing), Firebase (for user authentication and database management), and WireSock (for VPN services). By using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.

• Stripe: Payment processing for subscription services is handled by Stripe. Your interactions with Stripe are governed by their Terms of Service.
• Firebase: User data, authentication, and other interactions with Firebase are subject to their Terms of Service.
• WireSock: WireGuard VPN technology is provided through WireSock. Any use of WireSock’s features may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for the performance or failures of these third-party services, and your interactions with them are governed by their respective agreements and policies.

8. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Account Security: Keep your account information, including passwords, confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Compliance with Laws: Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and export laws.
• Proper Configuration: Ensure that you configure the app, including VPN settings, correctly. Misconfigurations may result in unintended data exposure, such as IP leaks, and TunnlTo will not be responsible for any loss of privacy or security due to incorrect setup.

9. No Responsibility for IP Leaks or Misconfiguration

TunnlTo provides VPN technology to secure your internet connection using the WireGuard protocol. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you properly configure and use the app to maintain your privacy.

While we strive to provide reliable and secure software, TunnlTo makes no guarantees that the Service will be free from vulnerabilities or errors, including the potential for IP leaks or other unintended data exposure. TunnlTo is not liable for any loss of privacy, data exposure, or security breaches that may occur, whether due to:

• User misconfiguration or failure to correctly set up the VPN.
• Software vulnerabilities or errors, including potential flaws in our implementation of VPN technology that could result in IP leaks or other unintended consequences.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with any software and VPN usage, and TunnlTo cannot be held responsible for these risks.

We recommend that you periodically test your VPN connection to ensure it is functioning as intended and remain vigilant about best practices for maintaining privacy and security online.

10. Payments and Refunds

Payments: All payments for subscriptions or other services are handled through third-party payment processors. TunnlTo does not store your payment information.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or activities.
• Attempt to hack, disable, or interfere with the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TunnlTo does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TunnlTo will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, data loss, unauthorized access, IP leaks, or any other damages.
